CASE 1
This lady came to me for a consult as she did not like her smile as you can see on her "Before" picture. She was told in the past either to get all her teeth extracted and have dentures made or have implants.
I of course recommended full mouth reconstruction which initiated saving all her teeth. She required some initial periodontal (gum) treatment, one root canal and I began with reconstructing her upper teeth.
I secured a mock up from my lab, telling them exactly what I wanted, to help both her and myself see the end result of what her teeth would look like.
Once we were both satisfied, I proceeded with making porcelain crowns and bridges with the end result showing in the "After" picture.
Patient was so amazed and beyond herself with the before and after results that she has now scheduled to get her lower teeth taken care of.
CASE 2
This male patient came to see me for a consult with spaces between his teeth, as he was missing a front tooth which caused the rest of his teeth to be crooked. He refused to consider orthodontics.
As seen on his "Before" picture even his gum line were uneven. Once again we got a mock-up made for me which he loved. I then proceeded to make porcelain veneers on him, after trimming his gum tissue to make sure that was even, because that makes a huge difference in the final result.
He opted for whiter teeth and he was extremely happy after completion of treatment as seen in his "After" picture.
